Alex, LuAnn, Bethanny, Jill, Ramona and Kelly are back with a brand new season of drama, drama, drama. The show opens in the Hamptons and the girls take an end of the summer ride on a yacht that the newly shorne Ramona rented for the girls. Jill loves the hair but is disgusted and dismayed by her bikini. Ramona does Alex the pleasure of inviting her on the yacht. This is the new Ramona with a new haircut and new attitude that starts by extending an olive branch to her once arch enemy Alex. We'll see how long this lasts. She sells- I mean shares- her new jewelry with the girls and Jill feels like she is hocking it. Bethanny wasn't invited to this sware because her and Jill had a falling out- so of course she's the topic of conversation. Jill explains that Bethanny told Jill to find a hobby- so she did and it wasn't hanging with Bethanny anymore.
Back in New York Bethanny is posing nude for the "I would rather go naked" ad campaign. The Skinny Bitch looks amazing and she's happy! She sends a nude pic to her new fiance Jason.
On the yacht LuAnn tells Ramona that Mario called "the countess" "countless" in a public setting and that was extremely upsetting to her given the fact that she is "countless" cause the Count has moved on to a new woman. She tells Ramona this story because she doesn't feel comfortable going to her Labor Day party. LuAnn reminds her that she'll always be a Countess. Ramona refuses to take responsibility for Mario's bad behavior- but really Ramona you need to check your man and tell him to stop acting like a bitchy divo! This isn't Mario's first time talking slick to one of the ladies and to take a page from P-Diddy- Bitch-assness is not cool especially from a dude. Jill overhears the conversation between the "Count-less" and Ramona and chimes in which instantly puts Ramona on the defense and she says she feels attacked and proceeds to tell everyone that the Countess is acting classless. Ramona cries and pouts to the other ladies and is tired of feeling abused- waaaa- waaaaaa. Jill, Alex and Countess proceed to have their own party at Ramona's party and basically talk about her while lounging on the top of the yacht while the other group of women talk about the classless countess downstairs- but in the end a shot of Tequila makes everything all better and dries all tears.
Bethanny is back at her condo talking to her assistant about Jill and says that their friendship ended because Jill became too "grabby". Come on Bethanny, what really happened is that you found a great guy- which is awesome- you didn't need to be Jill's third wheel anymore and you wanted to spend whatever free time that you used to spend with Jill with Jason. I get it- but I am shocked by your behavior. Jason comes over and brings Bethanny her own golf clubs and she's very baby talky mushy with him which is a nice new side of Bethanny. Jason didn't like the nudie shots because he's very conservative. She sent the nude pics to his work e-mail- huh? Bethanny, have you lost some brain cells in the process of falling in love- ugghhhh!
Kelly, Countess and Jill all go to lunch. Jill of course is totally open to meeting with Kelly because she doesn't have to be loyal to Bethanny anymore. They rehash the Ramona story. Kelly is still overtan and speaking in riddles that LuAnn doesn't get- she wants Mr. Right, right now! Get it? Max is out of the picture and she wants a Robin to her Batman. Jill shares that Bobby had Thyroid cancer and Bethanny never came to see him and now the conversation turns to Bethanny which Kelly loves!
Bethanny and Jason say goodbye to Montauk for the summer and they are clearly in love. She talks to Jason about the fact that she and Jill are not friends anymore. Bethanny brings up the conversation that Ramona had with her last year about the fact that Jill likes the underdog and now that she's not that anymore she's basically hating on her.
Kelly talks about the incident between her and the guy that she attacked and says that her community service was good. She asks the Countess how she feels about the divorce and she says she just wants to move forward although it's sad that she has to move on. Jill and LuAnn decided that Kelly may be worth getting to know.
Bethanny invites LuAnn to drinks just to catch up. Jason drops Bethanny off in the "Skinny Girl" car. Bethanny is annoyed because LuAnn cancelled at the last minute the day before and insisted on having a drink in her neighborhood- which was an hour away. LuAnn starts the conversation off with since you invited me out are you paying? Bethanny is shocked at how LuAnn goes right from the juggular. She's over it and tells her that they aren't great friends. LuAnn asks why did you ask me to drinks? Bethanny tells her that her etiquette rules are in a nutshell annoying and that she's fake. LuAnn wants a truce and Bethanny, understandably, wants to catch her breath. They hugged in the end but as far as Bethanny is concerned the damage is done and so is that friendship.
I think we're in for a season of crazy with these NY ladies. What do you think? Will Jill and Bethanny become bff's again or is the Jill and Bethanny show truly over?
